Insomnia

I've tried teas, medication, milk, calcium supplements, going to bed early, going to bed late, hot shower, cold shower, etc. etc. Nothing seems to work. And I had a really bad experience with one of the medications awhile back. I hated the feeling of being forced into sleep, so I forced myself to stay awake through the effects of the pill. OMG, bad bad.

Anyway, I'm going to give Melatonin a try and see if it helps.

Weekend Fun

A lot of us went down to Zach's in Indy for the weekend for a friend's 21st bday. It was a blast. Lots of laughs, upside down margaritas, snake bites, kamikazes, the compatability game, who's line is it anyway, and cheese burger paradise. And the Colts won.
